The onOne Software team has a passion for two things—building simple yet powerful software and taking care of our customers. Our goal is to build tools that save time and money for everyone who loves photography, allowing them to create the images they want and get back to what they really love to do: go shoot!
The onOne Software headquarters are in Portland, Oregon. Founded in 2005 by the former CEO at Extensis, onOne Software is a privately held company consisting of a team of software veterans, professional photographers, photography enthusiasts and Photoshop experts. As lovers of photography, we understand the exciting new opportunities technology brings to photography. With all of these opportunities, there are just as many challenges. Constantly changing technologies, evolving tools and a never ending supply of techniques and work flows to be learned and applied.
Every onOne Software product is built with the promise of saving you time and frustration behind the computer screen so you can quickly get the images you want and then get back behind the camera. Our commitment is to help you get the most out of your onOne products by providing knowledgeable and helpful technical and customer support (our customers rave about our support team!), ongoing educational content through the onOne University and regularly updated content on the onOne Exchange. To top it off, if you find that you are not satisfied, you have 30 days to return the product and get your money back.
Management Team
Craig Keudell, President & Founder
Craig has over 20 years of experience in the software industry. Before onOne, Craig was the CEO and part of the founding team at Extensis. Extensis employed 150, completed several key acquisitions and attained all-time sales and profit levels during his tenure. Craig enjoys golfing, watching football and spending time with his wife and daughters on their Christmas tree farm.
Mike Wong, VP of Marketing
Mike has been a software designer for 15 years and has launched 20 products in the software industry. He got his first copy of Photoshop in 1995 and has never stopped learning what it can do. An avid photographer Mike spends as much time as possible photographing landscapes, his kids and the various cities he travels to for work. In addition, Mike stays busy with his family and coaching his children's basketball, baseball and soccer teams.
Chris Pethick, VP Engineering
Chris has over 25 years of experience with companies such as Apple, HP, Extensis, and Now Software. He has shipped dozens of products over the years and currently manages the expert onOne engineering teams. When Chris isn't spending time with his wife and daughter, he can be found behind the wheel of a race car or behind the camera shooting at the track.
Brian Kraft, VP Sales
Brian has built and developed countless sales plans and teams over the years. He has more than 20 years of experience with corporate sales, distribution and retail channels. Brian developed his sales and customer care skills while working at places like Nordstrom and Extensis. Brian spends his free time riding motorcycles, golfing, making videos and spending quality time with his wife and two children.
Bob Campbell, General Manager, International Markets
Bob has over 25 years of experience in the software industry. Trained as a designer, Bob combined his passion for design and software at Letraset, Meta Creations and Extensis. Bob is an expert in international markets. You can find Bob in his local country pub or walking with his wife Di and dogs Archie and Ellie.
Addy Roff, Director of Marketing
Addy has been in the software industry for 14 years, working in various product management and product marketing roles. Starting out as a beta coordinator in her first start up she caught the product and technology bug and went on to several more start ups before joining Adobe Systems. At Adobe Systems, Addy drove the marketing for two Photoshop launches, led marketing campaigns to the Photography industry and was instrumental in developing and launching the partner and ecosystem programs for Photoshop, all the while tremendously enjoying her work with photographers. When not working, Addy spends all the time she can with her family and friends, heading to the Sierra Nevadas or her homeland, Iceland, whenever possible.
Dan Harlacher, Senior Product Manager
Dan is the senior product manager and pro photographer in residence at onOne Software. Before onOne Software, Dan was a product manager for pro photo products at Extensis. Dan graduated with a Bachelors degree in Fine Art from Oregon State University and still shoots regularly to feed his passion. Dan spends his spare time with his pro photographer wife working in their studio.
