CS5 Compatibility Update Status
Updated June 1, 2010: All of the onOne Software products are now support Photoshop CS5 and Photoshop CS5 Extended and are also 64-bit compatible. The updates for Photoshop CS5 compatibility are free of charge to registered users of the current versions of each product. To download the free updates, please visit our Software Updates page and select the appropriate installer.

- For Windows or Mac OS X, download the Plug-In Suite 4.5 update. (The Plug-in Suite 4.5 update requires a previous installation of Suite 4.1 or higher). This is a free update for all Plug-In Suite 4 owners.
- For Genuine Fractals 5 Print Pro and Genuine Fractals 5, please run the 5.0.4 installer again after installing Photoshop CS4. This is a free update to all Genuine Fractals 5 owners.
- Mask Pro 4.1, PhotoTune 2.2, and PhotoFrame 4 will work in Photoshop CS4 if they are installed using the most recent installer for each edition.
- For Photoshop CS5 compatibility you will need to download and install the Plug-In Suite 5.1 updater. This will update all six included plug-ins to support Photoshop CS5. The Plug-In Suite 5.1 updates are available now and can be found on our Software Updates page. The Plug-In Suite 5.1 update is recommended for all users including users with earlier versions of Photoshop.

Special note about the onOne menu and Photoshop CS4 and CS5
In the past, a menu labeled onOne was installed into Photoshop between the Window and Help menus. This provided easy access to your installed onOne plug-ins. The technology used to create this menu is no longer compatible with Photoshop CS4 or CS5. We are phasing out the onOne menu and replacing it with the new onOne Panel. The onOne Panel provides the same functionality as the onOne menu in a more reliable and useful fashion. If you have Photoshop CS4 or CS5 you will not see the onOne menu. You can instead open the onOne Panel from the Window > Extensions menu in Photoshop. You can also access the plug-ins from the File > Automate menu.

Q: Are onOne's products compatible with Photoshop CS5?
A: As of June 1, 2010, all of the onOne Software plug-ins for Photoshop are compatible with Photoshop CS5. Users of current versions of the onOne Software plug-ins can update their software to add Photoshop CS5 compatibility free of charge.
Q: How do I upgrade to the Photoshop CS5 compatible versions of each plug-in?
A: The most reliable way to upgrade to the Photoshop CS5 compatible version of your product is to visit the software updates page where you will be able to download the most up-to-date installers for Plug-In Suite 5 or the plug-ins you have registered.
Q: What if I have an older product that is not listed in the chart, will it work with Photoshop CS5?
A: It may or may not. It will likely not install automatically and you may encounter issues when trying to use a legacy product. We will only be updating the current versions our products. As a previous owner you are eligible for a discounted price on upgrades to the current version. Please visit our upgrades page for more information.

A: Yes, the Photoshop CS5 compatible versions of your products support 64-bit processing in both Mac OSX and Windows Vista or Windows 7.

Special note about the onOne Menu and Photoshop Elements
Photoshop Elements 7 and 8 use an integrated window appearance that is not compatible with the onOne Menu. Therefore, the onOne menu will not be installed. You can access the onOne plug-ins from either the Filter > onOne Software menu or the File > Automation Tools menu. If you are using Essentials for Photoshop Elements you can always use the floating Essentials palette.
DSLR Camera Remote with the Apple iPad and iPhone OS 4
The current versions of DSLR Camera Remote (1.3.1) are compatible with the new Apple iPad hand held device. While DSLR Camera Remote has not been optimized for the iPad yet it may be used at the standard 1x or new 2x view settings. onOne Software will develop a new, iPad optimized version of DSLR Camera Remote in the future. No timeframe has been determined yet for this release. Keep an eye on the onOne Blog for developments.
