Mikkel Aaland

Mikkel Aaland is an award-winning photographer, best-selling author, and popular workshop leader. He created and directed two Adobe Lightroom Adventures, one to Iceland, the other to Tasmania. Aaland splits his time between San Francisco and his studio in Telemark, Norway.

Clay Blackmore

Clay Blackmore is one of the true innovators in the world of wedding photography and portraiture and one of the most passionate photographers in the country. Working out of Washington, DC, Blackmore's style blends the beauty and timelessness of classical portraiture with spontaneity and appeal of photojournalism. Clay's portraits are simple, direct, and yet make powerful statements.

A celebrity and society favorite, Blackmore's clients include such luminaries as Tiger Woods, Forrest Whitaker, Jenna Elfman, Maria Sharapova, and corporate entities as diverse as the PGA and USGA to political inaugural balls.

One of only a few Canon Explorers of Light, Blackmore lectures all over the world and was selected for the first satellite broadcast of "Wedding 2000". Bliss Studio

Located in Portland, Oregon, Bliss Studio is made up of husband and wife team, Whitney Stevens and Dan Harlacher. Whitney has been a photographer for over 14 years and specializes in working with children and babies but also high school seniors, families, boudoir and a select number of weddings. Whitney has been featured in both ads for White House Custom Colour as well as onOne Software for her product and templates. Dan's job as co-owner of Bliss is to help out on weddings as well as some of the behind the scenes work.

James Brandon

James Brandon has been a professional photographer and writer since 2009 when he decided to leave the corporate grind and pursue his dream of traveling the world and making art.

James is an author for Digital Photography School where he teaches aspiring photographers to expand their expertise and discover their own photographic niche. DPS is one of the webs largest online resources for learning digital photography, with over 3.5 million readers per month. He also just finished his first ebook "Tack Sharp: A Step By Step Guide To Nailing Focus" for Flatbooks.com. Locally, James teaches classes on photographic techniques and works with new photographers one on one through private lessons. He is also an editor for HDR Spotting, the leading online showcase of HDR images.

Tony Bridge

Tony is a New Zealand photographer, digital artist, published author and photo-educator. He has run workshops on Creativity and Seeing in new Zealand, South Africa and the US. Supported by Sony, he teaches people how to reach beyond the captured photograph and develop their own visual voice. The key to this, he says, lies in your vision for a single pixel.

Colby Brown

Colby is a Colorado based professional fine art photographer and photo-educator. Specializing in landscape, travel and humanitarian photography, Colby has worked all over the globe, documenting various regions and cultures in pursuit of capturing the beauty of this planet. Colby's workshops and photo tours cover a variety of topics and allow him to share his passion for photography and exploration with the world.

Colby has learned over the years that lending a helping hand or even a smile can go a long way. In 2010 he founded Lespwa Haiti, an organization that sets out to bring back the focus on the ongoing struggle and perseverance of the Haitian people.

Mark Cleghorn

Mark Cleghorn is a photographer with a distinctive style; his images have won hundreds of awards including the Kodak Gold Award 17 times. His work has been acknowledged by the photographic industry who awarded him 4 Fellowships for his outstanding images, since 1992 he has influenced photographers across the world setting new trends and techniques and was one of the first to fully embrace digital.

Mark has written books on portrait and wedding photography as well as Digital and Lighting, he has judged photographers work all over the world and is still considered to be one of the major influences of style and technique in the wedding and portrait industry today. Even though still a working photographer, much of his time is now spent as Director of Education and Head Master on the award winning PhotoTraining4U online photographer training web site.

Gokhan Cukurova

As a self-taught photographer, Gokhan started his career with shooting landscapes and travel images in a no-internet world. His work has been shown in more than two-dozen exhibitions, and Gokhan has won international recognition from Outdoor Photographer Magazine in 2008. Capturing images on film and finalizing his negatives in his small darkroom was the way of life. Now his way of life includes photographing over 80 weddings a year, teaching the business side of photography, organizing networking events, as well as hosting wedding photography workshops in Chicago, Poland, the Czech Republic and Italy. Gokhan volunteers to teach photography to high school youth and has recently become an instructor for PPA, one of the world's biggest and most prestigious professional photography association.

John Denton

John is the co director and principal photographer at Denton Photography. He shares office duties with his wife Liz, working from their studio near Beverley, East Yorkshire in the United Kingdom. His absolute passion is in taking pictures and passing on his knowledge to other photographers, both amateur and professional.

Having been given a camera by his grandfather at an early age John came to full time photography in a circuitous route. That took in a Maths degree, time spent working in an old peoples home, running a greasy spoon cafe and as a police officer. It was whilst working in a police helicopter unit that he realized that the camera could not only be his hobby but a business.

He turned professional in 2003 and has never looked back. "I love taking pictures of people, making them realize just how amazing they can look."

Weddings and fashion form the backbone of his highly successful business, a business that has taken him all over the UK and Europe.

Frank Doorhof

Frank Doorhof was born in 1971 in Amsterdam (the Netherlands), at a very young age he moved with his parents to Flevoland were he still lives with his wife and son and runs a very succesful photostudio.

Frank has been photographing as long as he can remember but stopped a few years to take up video, After a while, he found out that the moving pictures could not have the same impact a still image could have, or at least not as he wanted it. Frank is specialized in fashion, hair and beauty and also does some occasional glamour photography. The thing he loves most, however, is teaching.

In the Netherlands, Frank teaches appx. 2 workshops a week and is often invited to other countries to do the workshops or seminairs there. Frank also released a series of highly succesful and very well reviewed instructional DVDs starting at the bottom and building up to a higher level. As everything with Frank, the DVDs are well thought out and are not just beautiful videos to look at.

Frank is the first European Photographer to be asked to join the Scott Kelby team as instructor for Kelby Training and has been part of the "dream team" for Photoshop World Orlando and Las Vegas in 2011. His videos on Kelby Training are also at the best viewed selection.

Frank always tries to tell a story with his photography. Frank shoots a lot of portraits and fashion shots that just do what they should, but in his free work the concept behind the image is very important.

Martin Grahame-Dunn

Martin has been in the industry for over 30 years covering many aspects of Professional Photography including Industrial, Commercial, Automotive, Advertising, Fashion, Editorial, Wedding photography & Portraiture.

Over almost the entire period of his professional career he has been actively engaged in the training of photographers from the four corners of the world covering every major discipline. A highly respected trainer and judge with so many Professional Organisations as well as many of the worlds leading representative bodies.

From 1988-2002 Martin operated a highly successful high street studio from a 17th century Grade 2* listed property in Warwick drawing clients from all over the world to his distinctive and exclusive style. In August 2002 he moved with his family to southern Andalucia, Spain to develop his ideas for the continuous professional development of photographers worldwide.

In recent years Martin has faced a hectic training schedule educating photographers in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Italy, Malta, Cyprus, Greece, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Canada, United Arab Emirates (Dubai), Abu Dhabi, Oman, Egypt, Jordan and of course, The United States of America where his popularity as a powerful and effective trainer who really gets results is building rapidly. So much so he is now in constant demand, particularly PPA Affiliate Schools.

In 2009 Martin re-entered the commercial world of Photography in the USA, UK & Europe with new products and services that have been both popular and effective. Many of these new products and services will have been influenced by the involvement with his key sponsors and in pursuit of innovative design.

Martin's 2011 programs are featuring heavily on the real "meat and potatoes" of the industry, not only shooting great images but being able to sell them! Every course is a real mix of practical & theory, spiced up with inspiration if not a little perspiration!

Uzair Kharawala

Uzair Kharawala is an multi-award winning portrait & wedding photographer based in Leighton Buzzard, UK. Along with his wife, Farzana, they run SF Digital Photography.

Uzair is currently one of Nikon UK's Evangelists and is a regular guest speaker at major photography conventions, trade shows & fairs in the UK, as well as at Apple's flagship store in Regent Street London, Calumet UK, Photo Fest Ireland, Focus on Imaging, PhotoVision Roadshow. Uzair has previously presented for all major photographic bodies in the UK and has photographed weddings from the freezing conditions at the Ice Hotel Sweden to the hot temperatures of Borneo, Malaysia. He has also created the award-winning software for photographers Foto SF.

Uzair regularly hosts photography webinars from his blog SF Photo School and has hosted a number of onOne Software webinars.

Andy Kruczek

For the past 25 years, Andy Kruczek has worked around the world as a photographer in the Fashion, Beauty and Advertising sectors. Most recently he has become recognized as one of the foremost photographers within the UK hairdressing Industry. Entirely self-taught, Andy has, throughout his career, worked across all formats from half frame to 8x10. He first started using digital cameras in 1992 before moving to a completely digital workflow in 2001. A Canon user since 1987, he currently shoots with Canon full frame DSLRs and on medium format backs.

A long serving member of the prestigious, UK based, Association of Photographers Andy has, in addition to achieving recognition as a photographer, become a well known face on the lecture circuit; conducting regular seminars, workshops and demonstrations around the UK, in association with Canon Europe, Leaf Digital Imaging, The Association of Photographers, Profoto Lighting, The SWPP, Phototraining4U and onOne Software.

Doug Landreth

Doug Landreth has been a major force in the Pacific Northwest photography scene for the past 25 years shooting commercial assignments for the regions foremost ad agencies and corporate marketing departments. He is well known for his complex, conceptual photo-illustrations and his large- scale production, lifestyle and transportation campaigns, for which he has received numerous national awards. For the past ten years Doug has been focusing not only on his thriving commercial business, but developing a large following for his painterly, composited fine art images.

Jacob Lucas

Jacob Lucas is an Australian photographer now living in Seattle, WA. He primarily photographs landscapes and urban architecture with the occasional rock show thrown in for good measure. An avid storyteller, Jacob discovered his passion for photography in early 2010 and has been actively shooting ever since to share his perspectives and stories with the world through narrative and visual imagery.

Damian McGillicuddy

Stacy Pearsall

Stacy Pearsall is a veteran of the U.S Air Force, enlisting at the age of 17. Before she signed on the dotted line, however, she made the Air Force guarantee her a photography gig on the front lines.

Stacy's outstanding portfolio of combat images earned her top billing from the National Press Photographers Association—i.e. Photographer of the Year in 2003 and 2007 (one of only two women to win it since 1967 and the only woman to have won it twice).

She is now the Owner/Director of the Charleston Center for Photography. Her 5,600 sq foot facility offers photography classes and workshops (locally and around the country), youth art programs, photo galleries, photography services and more. She is also a founding member of legionphoto.com, a group of combat-photographer veterans. She continues to travel the world on assignment

David Pezzat

David Pezzat has been a photographer for over 15 years, emerging as a leader in deep South Texas, working with both local and Destination Weddings. He has hosted numerous workshops and seminars and is a member of WPJA, AGWPJA and PPA.

Steve Ragland

A Native New Yorker, Steve Ragland has refined the art of romancing the soul of his subjects through his lens. Ironically, Steve's love of photography was kindled through the career equivalent of a blind date, his friend and an aspiring designer, asked him to help her create a portfolio. When the photos exceeded her wildest expectations, she encouraged him to develop talent and strike out on his own. After attending New York's School of Visual Arts, Steve became a much sought after fashion and beauty photographer in cities such as Paris, London, Toronto and Taipei. Working as a true fashion photographer all over the globe has allowed Steve to bring a cosmopolitan look to images for a diverse group of clients. Now working in Detroit, Steve continues to photograph for local and national clients. David Schelske

David Schelske is a freelance photographer based in the Pacific NW and works on location all around the country for industry leading ad agencies, magazines, production companies, stock agencies and various studios.

A graduate from the Art Institute back in the early 90's, David has spent nearly the last 20 years shooting a wide variety of assignments, but his main focus and love of photography is shooting athletes, action and motor sports.

David's work has been featured in Outside magazine's "Exposed" section, Paddler Magazine's "Photo Annual" and countless other magazines and advertisements around the world.

With a background of over 2 thousands days of "on location" assignment work, David has a wealth of knowledge to share to those who have a passion for sports photography and the outdoors.

Douglas Sonders

Douglas is a photographer and filmmaker born and raised in the Virginia suburbs just outside of Washington D.C. He graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2004 with an Advertising Photography degree. He specializes in on-location photo shoots anywhere around the world. He has a trusty Boxer named Winston Churchill and a deep love for anything with an engine or an 8-bit soundtrack.

Douglas has been named one of Washington D.C.'s most influential people under 40 by Washington Life Magazine, and named one of D.C.'s top 25 creatives of 2010. He has been profiled in Photo District News on several occasions for his lighting-style, body of work, and professionalism. In 2011, he joined the Kelby Training team as one of their new pro instructors.

Tim Wallace

Photographer Tim Wallace is the driving force and creative thinking behind Ambient Life. An award winning photographer, his work is often described as both conceptual and dramatic. Tim works internationally with many high end brands and clients such as Aston Martin and Morgan in the UK to Kenwood and Audi in the US.

His work has been published globally and in 2010 his work was showcased in 'Victor' Magazine, a industry World wide and highly acclaimed magazine, being named by as one of the UK's most creative photographers whilst in the US Scott Kelby described Tim recently as one of the Ten most influential photographers in the World today.

He is also the humble recipient of many awards including International Advertising Photographer of the Year 2010, UK Motor Industry Photographer of the Year 2010, Hasselblad Photographer of the month Oct 2010, Professional Photographer of the Year 2009 as well as receiving Distinction Awards for his work from such professional boards as the RPS. Nicole S. Young

Nicole S. Young is a full-time photographer and author living in Seattle, WA. She specializes in food and lifestyle photography and licenses her images through iStockphoto and Getty Images. Nicole is an accredited Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Photoshop CS5 and is a "Help Desk Specialist" with the National Association of Photoshop Professionals. She has written three books published by Peachpit Press and is an author with Craft&Vision.com.

David Ziser

David is a best selling author, world class wedding photographer, and educator having lectured to tens of thousands of Photographers in five languages and in 14 countries around the world.
