Your order is shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours during the work week (Monday through Friday) and within 72 hours if ordered on the weekend (Saturday/Sunday). Please keep in mind our warehouse is not open on weekends or holidays. The warehouse is also closed at the beginning of each month for inventory.

You are given the option to print your invoice once you order has been processed and you reach the payment confirmation page. If you do not have access to this page and require a copy of an invoice, please contact Customer Service by clicking here. Please also include your order number for the invoice requested.

The tracking number will be emailed to you once the product ships from our warehouse.

For download orders, the credit card is charged as soon as you select ‘Submit Order’. For physical shipments, the credit card is not charged until the product ships from our warehouse.
